At TFJADE, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship, delivery timeframes, and what to expect once your purchase leaves our hands.


1. Processing & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (New Zealand):
Most orders are shipped via NZ Post Courier and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Custom or Pendant Orders with Bail:
Due to the craftsmanship involved, please allow 10–14 business days for processing before shipment.

International Orders:
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on customs clearance and carrier availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or public holidays.


2. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use NZ Post for reliable, insured, and trackable deliveries within New Zealand.

For international shipments, we may use NZ Post International, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination and delivery requirements, to ensure the fastest and most secure service.


3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info.tfjade@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to update the address before shipment — however, once an order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your parcel arrives safely. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date.

While TFJADE is not responsible for losses or theft after delivery confirmation, we’ll work with you to explore available options — such as filing a carrier claim or offering a discounted replacement if possible.

For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting shipping insurance or signature-required delivery when available, especially for high-value or international orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly through NZ Post’s website or the international carrier’s portal for real-time delivery updates.
