We take immense pride in our artistry and handle each creation with the highest care.
Because of this craftsmanship, our policies reflect both the rarity of the work and our dedication to customer satisfaction.


All Sales Are Final for Handmade Jade Pieces

Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each item is made individually and may include natural variations in color, texture, or size — these are characteristics of authentic jade and should not be viewed as imperfections.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will carefully review each case to determine the best solution.

Because many of our designs are limited-run or non-reproducible, replacements are often not possible.
In these rare cases, our team will work directly with you to find an appropriate resolution that maintains fairness and the integrity of our brand.


What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from normal wear, impact, drops, or improper care

  • Sizing concerns or subjective preferences

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Any piece not purchased directly from TFJADE or an authorized partner


Craftsmanship Guarantee

Select components such as silver chains and bails are covered under our craftsmanship guarantee.
If these parts experience a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the affected component.

This guarantee excludes natural jade links, gold components, and custom-made designs.


Shipping & Returns

If a return is approved by our team, we will provide detailed instructions on how to safely ship your item back for inspection.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All approved returns should be shipped via NZ Post or another traceable courier service, with proper packaging to ensure safety during transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Legal & Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
